We just received notification from the VT Dept of Health that Parker Pond is not suitable for swimming. It has more than 235E. coli per 100 mL. Here is the actual letter from them.

Swimming update
Shadow Lake has now been cleared for swimming, and we anticipate hearing back from the state about Parker by the end of the week or early next week.
