What is the Village Plan?
This plan represents an opportunity to develop a shared vision for the Glover Village. By working to engage the community throughout the summer of 2021, this plan is intended to develop a community driven design for a Town Green and streetscape that will invite residents, travellers, and businesses to linger in the beautiful and unique Village of Glover, Vermont.
These dates will be updated as the Glover Planning Commission proceeds:

Community Visioning Meeting
The Glover Planning Commission and our consultant Dubois & King held a virtual town meeting on September 20 to review preliminary design concepts for the village green and Rt 16 corridor through Glover center. You can review the presentations and conversations that we had at this meeting by reading the meeting notes. We invite you to review these designs and provide us with feedback on them. We have provided a “scorecard” for you to provide this feedback.
The concepts can be viewed here: tinyurl.com/GloverPosters
You can complete the scorecard here: tinyurl.com/GloverConceptSurvey
For a further explanation of the elements in the designs as well as a printable “scorecard”, please go here: tinyurl.com/GloverExplanation
We will be soliciting community input into these designs until October 20, 2021 at which point the consultants will be developing final proposed designs for the village green and Rt 16 corridor. We will plan to meet again as a community later this winter to review these designs. Stay tuned. . .
