Road Update after Flood

The town of Glover hopes that everyone is staying safe. Here is what we know about local roads so far: 

Dexter Road Closed

King Road Closed past Tatro Lane, may be possible with a pickup but we don’t recommend it

The 4-corners of Stevens Road is washed out past the Barton line

County Road in Albany is washed out

Craftsbury remains cut off from everywhere except through Shadow Lake

Due to our other responsibilities in responding to flooding, we may not be able to continually provide updates about roads on social media throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is not coordinated communication between towns at the moment to provide a comprehensive state-wide update about roads outside of our town. However, more information can be obtained by joining the “VT Flooding 2023 Response and Recovery Mutual Aid“ Facebook page.
